The project activities are:
- Promoting bird watching through tours (urban area such as parks and in wildlife) seminars and bird watching courses
- The project sites include Tehran, Miankaleh in Caspian Region and Kaniborazan Region in North Zagros
- Empowering and awareness raising of locals in bird watching and as bird watching tour guide
- Approach government organizations for facilitating bird watching for conservation and of sustainable biodiversity
- Networking between target groups
- Publishing books, booklets, posters and newsletters on bird watching
- Exhibition of birds and birding
- Establishing a group of active participants in Tarlan Club ( the first and only bird watching club in Iran)
