Project Details & Results

To develop proposal to promote eco-tourism in Potohar region and train locals as tourists.
Developing proposal on Society for GEF-Small Grants members, communities around agencies. Pakistan Ex-servicemen in consultation with its sites and other line In specific the consultant shall take up the following activities:
Briefing and orientation of members of Pakistan Ex-Servicemen
Society. Review' of available literature. Visit to the four potential sites and meeting with the communities. Consultation with the concerned government agencies. Identification of training needs for the beneficiaries.
Draft proposal and consultation. Submission of final proposal after incorporating the comments of the stakeholders. Backstop support to Pakistan Ex-Servicemen Society for project implementation.

Project Results
The proposal developed in consultation with the community and the NGO. The proposal developed was reviewed by SGP NSC and approved.
