Project Details & Results
The project conducted a study on the influence of fishing practices on marine life in Aqaba Gulf. The study looks into the fishing situation in Aqaba Gulf including fishermen conditions, fishing techniques used, and the laws and legislation pertaining to this situation in the context of the Special Economica Zone. Based on the results of this study the NGO submitted a full proposal to address the negative impacts identified.
