The GEF Small Grants Programme Annual Monitoring Report 2016 -2017

The GEF Small Grants Programme (SGP), implemented by UNDP, mobilizes bottom up actions by supporting community-led initiatives which address global environmental issues. During the reporting year, July 2016 - June 2017 (FY17), SGP provided grant funding for 1,120 new projects, committing a total amount of USD 35.9 million. The total number of grant projects under implementation were 3,125 projects, reflecting grant value of USD 107.8 million.
