To strengthen the Indigenous Community Initiative in Mount Singgalang Biodiversity in West Sumatera.
Goal:
Strengthening and enhancing the indigenous community forestry or natural resource management by adopting and developing the indigenous law to increase better and sustainable management in Mount Singgalang.
Objectives:
[1] to acknowledged the community based conservation and education for indigenous conservation sites with traditional/adat law ,
[2] to develop a stronger community-based economy with integrated mountain agriculture system and income alternative model development,
[3] to grapple and integrate Singgalang community local knowledge with scientific knowledge through the Integrated System of Knowledge Management.

Expected Outputs:
[1] to develop the acknowledgement of traditional conservation sites with adat regulation in conservation and education management,

[3] to develop baseline data of Singgalang mountain sites, including Jorong Madan Suri,
[4] to design a sustainable and environment friendly, mountain agricultural system model,
[5] to prepare the materials for awareness and policy-advocacy including policy paper for integrated model reccomendation
