- 20 Women have been selected and trained in the clean stove construction
Five (5) women have been trained to play the role of environmental educators and 5 community forums on climate change organized. Weekly programs on climate change have been organized in schools, churches and other gatherings to promote climate change agenda and the negative effects of bad human practices
Education and information materials on clean cook stoves have been printed and distributed.
More than 4 schools in the project area have been reached.

- 10 women were selected and trained in the construction and maintenance of clean cook stoves
The 10 women Artisans have been given some funds to support the construction of commercial cook stoves
An appreciable number of local enterprises have converted to the use of improved cook stoves

- 10 Trainees have been given a certificate of competence.
20 local enterprises in fish processing, gari processing, pito brewing, Shea butter processing are now using improved cook stoves

- 60 women have been trained in the village savings and credit scheme
The project Management Committee have been visiting the sites with the new constructed stoves to test them for their efficiency.

2ND QUARTER RESULTS
1. 10 artisans have been trained in the construction of improve clean cook stoves and further trained to take the craft as a business.
2. 20 selected women trained as environmental educators. The educators were selected from Jema, Bui, Dokoyinna, Akonyakrom, Yomoase and trained as environmental educators within Banda Ahenkro and its environs.
3. Weekly radio discussions initiated on the negative effects of climate change of health, food security and access to energy. 10 women train to lead the radio discussion
