Sustainable energy for all through the adoption of efficient commercial institutional and domestic biomass clean cooking devices within the Bui New Site Communities to mitigate the negative climate change impact of energy production.
The project seeks is to build the capacities of the women in the construction and adoption of efficient commercial institutional and domestic biomass clean cooking devices within the Bui New Site Communities to mitigate the negative climate change impact of energy production. The project will educate the women within the Black Volta Basin on the serious negative effects of climate change and inefficient cooking devices on the biodiversity access to energy and poverty; develop the skills of the women to construct commercial and household level clean cook stoves as business entities and promote the new improved stoves technology (commercial and household cook stoves) as an alternative to open fire stoves within the Bui New Site Communities to mitigate the negative climate change impact of energy production.
