The main project objective:
To conserve the stretch of Chitunta plains up to main Zambezi source.
The specific objectives are:
1. Establish the amount of land affected by human activities along Chitunta plains and facilitate community mitigation plans
2. Reduce unsustainable harvesting of wildlife especially birds and squirrels in Chitunta Plains
3. Establish Tree planting and promote alternative sources of livelihood in communities along Chitunta plains
