Enhancing the effectiveness of payment for forest environmental services through development of sustainable livelihoods of ethnic minorities in the buffer zone contributing to forest protection and development and biodiversity conservation of Cat Tien National Park.
The project is aimed at improving the livelihood of ethnic minorities associated with development of economic households in order to enhance the efficiency of forest protection management in the area of Dong Nai Thuong commune. Specifically:
- Improving the livelihood of ethnic minorities by development of agricultural economy, traditional trades associated with forest protection.
- Enhancing the efficiency of forest protection by putting payments for forest ecosystem services for sustainable livelihood development.
