The Project aims at solving the problems for communities participation in the energy projects, that are diverse (technical, technological, knowledge, experience), and ultimately the need for communities participation and empowering is becoming essential. The project objective is to introduce a sustainable, decentralized; community-based mechanism with its relevant technological and organizational components in small and medium urban and rural communities, aiming to contribute to the mitigation targets under Ukraine?s INDC. The project will demonstrate how to initiate and scale up local community energy initiatives to create a wider community energy movement.
