The Avletim village is located in the mountainous region of South Kyrgyzstan with population of 13050 people. People are mostly engaged in agrucultural sector and they are allocated a portion of land of 0,02ha for each member of family. However, there are large scale of lands unused due to the weeds which decrease the porductivity of soil. Local population use arson method to overcome weed problem. Thus the finance scheme enciting population to use ecologically friendly means of struggling with weed was introduced through the creation of seed banks on a revolving bases. As a result, the members of the jamaat were given first seed portions in the ammount of 120kg soifoins and 100kg of barley for each member on conditions of repayment to allow other population of village to also use this ideal.
