Continuing Improvement and Expansion of a National Donkey Sanctuary and Enhancement of its Sustainability-as a means of Controlling Environmental and human Impacts of Donkeys in Antigua.
This project has received an additional 11 acres of land from the government of Antigua and will be used to produce feed plants for the animals. In addition, it has a pond which will be reaped by lining the bottom of the pond. The lining process by will carried out by the Engineering Dept of the Ministry of Agriculture. The sustainability of the project will be enhanced by the creation of additional donkey adoptions through visitor and community visits and supports.
