Involving Youths in Agriculture Adaptation to Climate Change in a School Garden Eco System in Antigua and Barbuda
This project operated by the seventh Day Adventist school will impact over 600 children and provide environmental education through practical gardening projects. Climate change information will be incorporated into the school's curriculum. The knowledge and skills to be incorporated into the garden project and the methods to be utilized will impact the youth, their families, their communities and the entire nation. The school has already being involved in environmental projects to include beach clean ups and the project will partner with other climate change entities and groups in Antigua.
