Educate Mayreau residents about the changes that have occurred in the marine environment, the hazards of overfishing, the culinary used of sea moss and the health benefits Document progress and lessons learned on a series of short videos uploaded to YouTube Document progress and lessons learned on social media (Facebook and twitter) at each project milestone. Develop an effective online presence to promote and sell our products Use the Regatta Festivities as an avenue to promote and sell products.
