Pupils and young people are involved in the project implementation. Particularly in 7 target communities pupils in school ecoclubs will undergo a study course and will prepare for their participation in the environmental campaign to restore erosive slope in the community. Within the project, volunteer youth will help target communities to restore erosive slopes.

The erosive slopes threaten rural landscapes, populated areas and forest and river bank forests. The population will study solving this problem. These dangers will be mitigated by restoring the slopes.

The following needs exists in communities regarding restoration of erosive slopes: 1. They do not have theoretical and practical knowledge in this regard 2. The government is not active in this regard 3. Communities do not have any materials required for restoration work (seedlings, sowing material etc) The project will increase the possibilities of: 1. Learning to restore erosive slope (Authorities, community members, students, teachers) 2. Government involvement 3. Transfer of plantings to communities thus, Oni and Ambrolauri municipality representatives were trained is land sustainable management issues , they participated in practical activities on a field and also actively involved in environmental actions.

The project will acquire and share some knowledge and experience. For this the following measures will be used: Meetings with the community, meetings with the government, information campaigns, media component. Knowledge of restoration of erosive slopes will be available to all generations and institutions of the community, including teachers and students and future generations of the community.

The role of women and men is balanced within the project. Women, men and children are involved in this project: They are participating in trainings, meetings, environmental actions and school club activities. However, in the framework of the project, women's involvement in education activities increased; Especially the teacher's involvement in the process of restoration of slopes; The participation of young women in eco-clubs and various environmental activities took place. The motivation of the natural sciences teachers increased after the completion of their training and they are active in social networks.
