The involvement of women and men is equally distributed as far as possible within the project, Because for Women's Association is the most important to promote gender equality in the region, Representatives of various social and cultural groups of women, including disabled persons, were actively involved in the project. Participation of women was considered in several project activities. The project’s main emphasis is on the dissemination of information, knowledge and awareness raising on endangered plants species, their role in eco-system conservation, care and maintenance.

Within the framework of the project, number of trainings and seminars were conducted for Kolkheti National Park administration staff, NGOs, media, school and university students in Red List species conservation, ecosystem management, biodiversity conservation and impact of anthropogenic factor.

Young people were actively involved in the project planning and implementation activities. Specifically, the students of the Faculty of the Maritime Transport Faculty, pupils of St. Nicholas Poti Secondary School were actively involved in sociological survey and cleanup activities. Trainings and seminars were conducted for the school pupils and teachers in the framework of the project. Up to 1000 young people benefited from the project .
