Developing Community Climate Innovation Training Center in Tantala in the Mamprugu Moaduri District to promote Sustainable Energy for All in the northern savannah ecosystem
Project Goal
The main goal of the project is to contribute to the production of clean energy and mitigation of CO2. This will be done by creating awareness and building the capacities of rural women to ensure that there is equal access to modern energy services for all women and youth that is easily accessible, affordable, and contributes to high levels of standards of living and economic development. The project will increase the participation of women across the entire energy access spectrum (from the grassroots to the national levels, and from private to public sectors). It will also unlock capital for gender equality, social inclusion, and women’s empowerment in the energy sector whiles bringing together and strengthening partnerships to bring new perspectives and a wider range of stakeholders to generate momentum for creating a more gender-inclusive energy sector.

Specific objectives of the proposed project include
