Everything that is going to be carried out for knowledge management is an online platform, where partners and their activities can be mapped. It will be in documents and an online discussion forum, as well as the monitoring and evaluation process. In the bottom there is a website display in facebook format that allows dialogue between partners, secretariat and probably among national director committee.
The portal also contains documents such as minutes of meetings or workshops that can ease the work of secretariat in reporting. Every uploaded report can be used for reporting and reference documents can also ease the community to implement activities and reporting. This activity will be carried out next year however, disbursement will be done in the end of this year.
