Demonstration of urban vertical farms for reducing carbon and water footprint of food production
The project aims to demonstrate a possibility of establishing and promotion of urban food production via small and effective vertical hydroponic farms, close to end users, mitigating carbon and water footprints of food production. The project is going to demonstrate one of vertical farms' options, with economic analysis for further dissemination between possible business entities.
