The project is consistent with the prioritized strategic objectives: strengthening community
capacity, developing sustainable livelihood models in association with biodiversity conservation
and ecosystem management, and the OCOP product development model; summarizing and
evaluating, and organizing a policy dialogue.
The project has three objectives: (1) Raising awareness and strengthening community capacity;
improving the capacity related OCOP technical, development, and promotion; (2) Developing a
sustainable livelihood model in association with biodiversity conservation and ecosystem
management; (3) Summarizing, evaluating, and drawing lessons learned.
