The project is aimed at building capacity of local communities and NGOs, supporting in adaptation to emergency situation, building partnerships and networking, as well as supporting community-based initiatives and empowering them to use crowdfunding mechanisms. The project will promote and provide renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies for early green recovery and sustainable development of the communities affected by war. Within the project and in close cooperation with partners, it is planned to support two crowdfunding initiatives for green recovery purposes and conduct trainings.
