Le Programme de Microfinancements du Fonds pour l'Environnement Mondial (PMF-FEM) a appuyé la restauration de la forêt de Sinatabé dans le Nord Bénin. Il a accompagné les populations riveraines dans la restauration des terres agricoles et la diversification des sources de revenus. La superficie de la forêt est passée de 3ha38a72ca à 15 ha64a52ca. Les femmes soutiennent les revenus du ménage avec le développement de l'apiculture et la cuniculture.
