"The village of Lelepa has agreed to allocate the funds to improve this particular road which is affected by the changing weather. Being by the coast, it has been our fear that the village is at risk. Our village will now be able to move inland, to safety, far away from natural hazards such as tsunamis which put us at risk."

"This river leads to the coastal area and homes of our village. We're proposing to close this path as it creates swamps in the village and floods during heavy rain. The river path flows all the way to the bridge between Avao and Saleia. We need assistance to implement this plan for our village safety. We will redirect the river flow and build a retention wall to reduce the impact of the river when it is at its strongest. There is no other chance of survival for our villagers and animals."
