Since 2018, with the support of the Global Environment Facility Small Grants Program, Qumalai County Ecological Environment and Natural Resources Administration, Bagan Township Government, Tuanjie village Municipal Committee and other relevant units, Beijing Fu Qun Social Service Center has carried out a participatory community ecological environment protection and sustainable livelihood project in Tuanjie village, Bagan Township, Qumalai County. In the process, the team with Tuanjie village villagers as the main body compiled the local archives of this wonderful mountain.

On the basis of ethnobotany investigation of landscape background data in 10 communities, this project plans to build a platform and bridge for communication and dialogue among local governments, communities, environmental protection NGOs and protection institutions, to provide a pilot action plan for landscape protection at the community level, and at the same time, to promote the construction of community landscape protection mechanism in the area where the Three Parallel Rivers flow.
