Giving the general population in particularly crowded or poor areas of Cairo the means to find an alternative means of transportation. The project will also educate this same population on the enviromental risks of excessive vehicle crowding as well as the use of old exteremly environmentally unsound vehicles Finally, this project will inform the general population of the positive impacts of bicycling on the environment. If successful this project would decrease greenhouse gases in the greater Cairo area.
