The project goal is to preserve and restore the natural biodiversity of Nabugabo wetland through training and improved social and economic welfare of the surrounding via sustainable utilization of the environment? biodiversity.

Objectives of the project:
1. To train and increase community awareness of the need to conserve and sustainably utilize Nabugabo wetland and other related areas

2. To conserve the ramsar site as a mechanism for conserving the globally significant biodiversity in Nabugabo wetland of Uganda
