Biodiversity Conservation and promoting sustainable use of medicinal herbs used in traditional medication in West Bank
a project on biodiversity conservation and promoting sustainable use of medicinal herbs used in traditional medication in West Bank. The project contribute to conservation and promoting sustainable use of medicinal herbs and aromatic plants in the West bank. It contribute also to documentation and dissemination of traditional knowledge associated with their use through establishing a national database for their calcification and use. The project also provide potential of income generation for 150 families and 50 women who trained on how to produce and use medicinal herbs in traditional medication safely. Ultimately the project enhance the community awareness on medicinal herbs and romantic plants conservation, domestication and sustainable use.
