Home gardens for growing vegetables and the traditional cereal "Bamba" (Teff) in Hazzallanu village- Socotra Island, Yemen
The Project aimed at supporting 14 families (150 inhabitants) to returned back to their village of ?Hazalanou? previously abandoned 15 years ago. The project will instantly helps 8 families to settle back and hopeful the rest will join them after establishing 8 gardens for vegetable production and forestry of indigenous tree species as wind breaks. Community will produce several vegetables crops for their own uses and for sale to ensure some income for their families .
