Participation of Women in Integrated Pest Management/ Deir alla
The project helped low-income female farmers to use Integrated Pest Management in order to improve the quality of their products and conserve the fragile ecology of the Jordan Valley. The GTZ and the Ministry of Agriculture provided technical assistance for the project. The success of this experience led to its replication in Mafraq north of Jordan.
