The objective of the project is to offer technical and administrative support for the implementation of the 3rd Operational Phase of SGP Guatemala. The project will provide a flexible and agile way to implement all stakeholder workshops and consultations; provide the funds needed for NSC meetings on project selection and mobilization, as well as per diem for NSC project evaluation and support to the communities; enable efficient and transparent management of funds.
Another component includes the compilation and dissemination of information on the experiences, achievements and results of SGP Guatemala during its 10 years of existence. This will include a publicity strategy and campaign, the production of a publication on the 10 years of SGP Guatemala and public events.
A 'map of actors' will be developed of organisations working in the field of work of SGP Guatemala, to enhance inter-agency co-operation and dialogue.
