FSM: Developing Community Competency in the State of Kosrae in Accessing Resources
Capacity Building to enable NGOs/CBOs to better access funding resources for their community projects.
The NGO/CBO sector is in its infancy stage in the State of Kosrae, FSM in terms of environment activities and also in its ability to access local and outside funding for community activities. This project will compile information on funding programs/resources that communities can tap. Community workshops will be conducted and specific training workshops will also be conducted involving selected community members on how to identify priorities and develop proposals for such programs.
Further mentoring support will be provided to stakeholders in accessing these resources and implementation/reporting on programs.
