Environmental NGOs of RK are involved in many environmental initiatives and projects connected to biodiversity conservation and land degradation, forests recovery, protection of people ecological rights and lobbying of public participation in decision making process on ecological thematic both at the local, and national level.

Long-term experience of EcoForum?s sections ?Ecological education?, RIOD network and "BOBR", Antinuclear campaign has shown a persceptive and efficiency of network and partner projects realization with a view of successful lobbying and protection of people ecological rights, expansion of a field for public participation and, promotion of local ecological initiatives.

For successful development of EcoForum?s programs, it is necessary for its members to pass to a new level of knowledge and professionalism in development and realizations of network and partnering projects. Now EF members should receive modern technologies of the analysis and development of ecological projects.

The project goal is to train participants of network projects in modern technologies of development and management of network projects, and to receive qualitative network project offers directed on biodiversity conservation, land degradation, conservation and recovery of forests, water recourses for future participation in the GEF/SGP grant application process.

Project tasks:
1. To carry out a series of trainings in different regions of the country in the area of development and management of network ecological projects
2. To develop network project applications directed on biodiversity conservation, land degradation, conservation and recovery of forests, water recourses for future participation in the GEF/SGP grant process.

Expected results:
To train at least 60 NGO representatives in essentials of development and management of network ecological projects.
- 7 to 10 network ecological projects are developed to be further submitted to the GEF SGP.Each project will be supported by the trainers and ecological experts at the development stage.
-The training module «Development and management of network ecological projects» is developed
-Project participants are ready to develop further network/partner ecological projects together with other organizations.
- Project participants can determine and bear the responsibility for their own contributions in network / partner projects. They also show the responsibility in achievement of joint results and take into account interests of partner and own organizations in the results achieved.
