ROP: Helen Reef Resource Conservation: Project Development and Sustainability
This project is to provide support to the existing protected area - Helen Reef. The community aims to strengthen the management of the reef through several capacity bulding activities, including planning, financing, training, education/awareness and enforcement. part of the project is to also share experiences with other emerging communities that are also establishing and getting engaged in community based protected areas.

Capacity - Building Component
The project has several capacity building activities planned: Monitoring, enforcement and safety training; standardization of monitoring/surveying, trainings in accounting, management and financing.
