Of all the media, the role of ? photo -news? seems to be prominent and they are important visual materials to the public. The combination of ?photos? and ?news? can make the information captivating and precise, enhance its persuasion capability and help people to raise their awareness. Being simple, approachable and of unsophisticated technical and technological requirements, ?photo-news? is one of the various forms of the mass media. With an advantage of being easily exploited on site and quickly and directly accessible to a widespread population, ?photo-news? on the one hand helps to promote the people?s awareness through which to create impacts on people?s activities, on the other hand contributes to meeting their artistic needs. The spread of knowledge through artistic activities is also one of the most convenient and widespread methods.
