Indigenous People’s Participation in Biodiversity Protection of the Sierra Madre Mountain Range
The project aims abundant life among the indigenous peoples living in the upland communities of Dupax characterized by sustained environment, peaceful, God-fearing, united and organized community.
The project intends to mainstream environmental education in three (3) pilot schools of upland barangays.
The project aims to undertake capacity building through trainings, seminars, and workshops, IEC within LGUs, organized sectoral groups, and the schools to effectively institute sound ecological practices in promoting biodiversity conservation and protection.
