RPWRD CONSERVING MEDICINAL PLANTS
RPWRD Conserving Medicinal Plants will focus on strengthening traditional medicinal practices by establishing a self-dependant income generating network of local communities of traditional healers that will conserve bioiversity of medicinal value and improve the healthcare and livelihood status in the project area by sharing ethnobotanical knowledge; promoting low-cost propagation methods for medicinal plant species; improving healers? remedies production (processing, packaging, labelling); and increasing market opportunities through remedies registration with the National Drug Authority;
