Beekeeping Project
The project seeks to conserve plant and animal biodiversity, as well as increase household incomes, in the Omavanda area. This will be done through the introduction and application of sustainable beekeeping techniques.The project will build on the existing knowledge of 30 rural subsistence farmers and train them on apicultural methods that do not harm bee colonies.

The project is located in the Kunene region north of Opuwo covering Omavanda and Omuhiva in Epupa and opuwo constituencies respectively.
