Intends to facilitate communities in identifying good grant ideas and proposals as well as in developing project proposals and to assist the SGP office in organizing two exchange visits among local grantees and in facilitating the formation of GEF SGP community tourism network.

This grant conducted a number of training sessions in several soums of Selenge, Hentii, Arkhangai provinces and assisted the SGP Mongolia office in creating two networks namely, Tree planting and Fruit Cultivation Network and Bee Keepers' Network.
