Developing PPP-ECOS Methodology and Socio-economic Evaluation in Brazil
The goal of this project is development of a systemic methodology for evaluation of impacts and outreach of individual projects as well as the Program as a whole, using concepts and guidelines established by the Small grants Programme in Brazil. Contributions should be made to generation of systematic qualitative and quantitative data regarding results achieved throughout the Program?s existence in Brazil (since 1994), enabling its effectiveness to be evaluated, in addition to main impacts and potential replicability of the initiative in other countries and experiences
