Local Community Strengthening and Developing Effort through Integrated Policulture Concept to Increased Economy and Forest & River Preservation in South Reg 18 or Dolok Ginjang Forest
Goal: Developing local community active participation in environment conservation and eco-tourism ptential to increase their local community economy and wlefare.

Objectives:
[1]. To increase community economy through honey industry with 2 CBOs and 6 new CBOs (for women and young girls-school-drop-out) in 2 villages;
[2] to actualize women's role in family income-earning activities within their groups;
[3] to develop the marketing system for community industries especially honey and chocolate;
[4] to create a forest preservation independent model from group products.

Project Brief:
[1] community organization and socialization;
[2] community capacity building through trainings;
[3] local economy development,
[4] Field-Study exchanges,
[5] campaign and advocacy

Expected Outputs:
[1] Strengthen the 8 CBOs to revolved the 25% funding profit they earned to facilitate other villagers in joining the honey industry and chocolate farmers personally or with group in year 4;
[2] To develop participation and cmomunity funding contribution, as well as awareness in natural resource managament and how to develop sustainable non-logging forest products,
[3]to minimize the illegal-logging activities and animal trade,
[4] to rehabilitate freshwater viability both quality and quamtity
[5] to prepare 12 cadre volunteer in village independent movement,
[6] to support the independent community-based environment conservation and protection effort,
[7] to raise capita for both social and economy effort

Target Groups
[1] Direct: 2 groups consisted of 37 member,
[2] Direct :6 new CBOs / 30 % member women in 2 villages,
[3] Indirect, other groups outside the CBOs, who received importance of forest production issue
