National Workshop for GEF SGP Indonesia Grantee's And Book Launching of Community Contribution
Goal:
increase network of the GEF SGP parnerts, exchange of experiences and lesson-learned, while giving information on the GEF SGP implementation program in national or global level. This event is a chance to increase program visibility and consulte geographic and thematic focus.

Objectives:
-- To enhance and embrace the supporting partner's network and institution as well as individual who supported the GEF SGP Indonesia implementation;
- To identify program strategy based on needs and lesson-learned of the implementation to design program strategic direction for the upcoming Operational Phase III in hotspot area in Sumatera and small islands;
- To mobilise support for the commuinty initiatives and activity in facing their ecological challenge, poverty and sustainable natural resource livelihood;
- To map institutional strength and stock-taking for ecological challenges and prioritize effort in community level that could be done;
- To give implementation report and inform support opportunity by the GEF-SGP Indonesia.
- To echange experiences and skill-sharing within the parnters with various theme such as struggle, challenges and ecosystem to influence the local policy.

Expected Output:
1. Collection of partner's story (feature in website or other well-targeted media).
2. Soft launching Priority of the OP3 GEF-SGP Indonesia
3. Recommendation for strategic direction of the Operational Phase III implementation program
4. Reccomendation of informal coodination between small grants intitution with theme and focus them similar with the GEF SGP Indonesia strategy principle
5. Mass media coverage
