Community based schools program to insure environmental sustainability around Mount Kilimanjaro forest reserve in Moshi and Hai districts.
The project is schools focused whereby pupils are trained and participate in environmental conservation from their youthful stage, this will lead to a environmental conscious society in the future hence conserving the environment.The project involves tree planting and fuel efficient stoves construction to the schools in the project coverage area, this technology may easily be adopted by families learning from the school performance of the stoves such as reduction in wood fuel use, hygiene and time serving effects.
