MUE River conservation project.
MUE (Mabungo) river was under threat due to anthropogenic causes . Being an important tributary to the Pangani river which is important contributer to the Hale power plant, there is a need to conserve catchment area. Tree planting along the water source and conservation of areas near the river and water source has been selected as a remedy to the situation, whereby this project will adress them.
