Sustainable management of pasture resources as a method of preventing the land degradation and floods in Tashbulak, Akman ayul okmotu, Bazarkorgon region.
The Altyn Kazyk NGO after getting to know the GEF SGP limitation has analyzed its region and eliminated the most vulnurable area, which is Tashbulak, Akman village. Here most of the people are busy with the entreprenuership and are not very concerned with the ecology. The land was affected with the degradation and other ecological problems. People are not using the new technologies as pasture rotation, fertilization of the land. Therefore there is a need to implement this project.

1. Conducting 6 seminars, 6 trainings, and 4 round tables.
2. Managing the pasture rotation method on 500 hectares.
3. Creating crops area on 40 hectares.
4. Creating microfenced pastures.
5. Information campaign.
6. Publishing brochures
7. Organization of the patrol.
8. Educating the team about disaster management.

Promoting Public Awareness of Global Environment
During training actions and information campaign it will be emphasized, that rehabilitation of former wood and bush vegetation, containing Red Book species is the direct contribution to preservation of global biodiversity.
Emphasis on Sustainable Livelihoods
Pasture productivity increasing and pasture circulation introduction make traditional cattle-breeding more effective and not harmful for natural vegetations of buffer zone. In future fast growing trees (poplar, willow) will be used as firewood and let to reduce expenses on coal purchasing. Harvest of fruit and nut trees will be the main income sources in future as well as.
