For the effective project implementation a number of seminars, workshops and informational meetings with participation of inhabitants, local government were conducted. During these meetings the ecological problems of the region and the ways of their solution were defined. As a result in order to rehabilitate pastures 20 hectare plot were sowed by the perennial grasses; 10 hectare micro seed-growing pasture was fenced; the saplings of fast growing plants were planted in 20 hectare land, it prevents a land degradation processes; the pasture circulation method in pasture using was introduced in 500 hectare land.
