Reducing the pressure on the biodiversity of Naryn reserve by developing and implementing a sustainable program in the villages located in the buffer zone.
The territory of the two national reserves that are located in the Naryn oblast have been struck by several ecological problems, which usually arise due to the economic condition of the people. First of all the land of the reserves is not enough for all the species present on this territory. The places that are suited to the existance of these species have degraded and are not able to provide adequate area for species. The pastures are hit by overgrazing of the livestock. The degradation is also causing econimic problems to the local population. Since their main activities include: stock-breeding and agricultural activities. The local authorities are not able to fight with these problems on their own. That is why the NGO is determined to make an attempt to solve the current ecological problems. They are primarily focusing on the degradation because it is the main cause of the economic and ecological problems.
