The Planning Grant Mechanism will be used to build capacity, ownership and prepare a project proposal aimed at encouraging and Promoting alternative ways and means of generating Income through agriculture. Community members will herewith participate directly in Planning, implementation and monitoring of project activities. While they will plan they will also utilize technical assistance for better agricultural practices.
