Integrated Natural Conservation and Rehabilitation
This project is designed to address issues related to climate change and will also be engaged in prevention of deforestation. The climate change components will be attained by executing of the activities, which contribute to reduction CO2 emission to the atmosphere, and adding more O2. With regard to a forestation of the area it has been planned to discourage the unwise use of fuel wood by introducing improved fuel saving stove and providing support for nursery hand in hand with intensive awareness raising and sensitization programs.

Project Characteristics and Results
Emphasis on Sustainable Livelihoods
Promotion of fuel saving stove will be made to the community to enable them produce and sell these stoves and use this as one of the income generating schemes. They will be given incentives like provision of accessories for the production and facilitation on place of production.
Notable Community Participation
The community participated in developing this project and will continue to do so in every step of the project cycle. It will also contribute US$20,575 in kind to this project.
