Restoration and management of the reservoir and sustainable community based eco-village development
The project will implement 3 important components mainly are i) Restoration and management of the reservoir by retaining wall of dam, set up mechanism for the reservoir maintenance through establishing reservoir management committee and providing training and raising public awareness activities; ii) Sustainable Community Based Eco-village development by encouraging community to implement supplemental livelihood through introducing eco-village concept, assist community to develop the village map and style of eco-village huts and provide special shills training on small scale sustainable livelihood project such as vegetable and fish feeding.

Project Characteristics and Results
Emphasis on Sustainable Livelihoods
4,30 ha of Fresh water damp will rehabilitated with the water gate that can provided direct benefit to 600 families who live around the fresh water reservoir for fish raising, vegetable growing and family consumption. In addition to that benefit, the fresh water reservoir will become a eco-village in the near future and community can get other options for their livelihood improvement.
Capacity - Building Component
Project will raise public awareness and provide training on environmental protection, maintain and sustainable use of fresh water damp as well as general concept of family hygiene.
