Reflection of the Black alder in crystal light of the Chembulak river waters (Attraction of public attention to the issue of the Chembulak river conservation and restoration)
Ereimentau is located 150 km far from Astana, the capital of the country. Chembulak river is an important vital artery of the city. For the past years a strong pollution and a shallowing of the river took place. Auto purification does not occur because of infringement of natural biological processes. One of the reasons of the disaster is a very poor ecological culture level of the local community. Because of social and economic problems local community?s concern about environmental situation is rather low. To waken public ecological consciousness it?s necessary to attract people attention to the problems through realization of informational campaigns.

- More than 400 volunteers involved into the project activity
