The project addresses two issues of food security such as organic taro farming and organic aqua-farms for fish farming. With the increasing costs of fuel making imported food expensive, and less people gathering fish from the sea because of the high risks of being poisoned (from ciguatera posioning), this project aims to explore ways to effectively work the land and improve production of staple foods and to explore a sustainable alternative to land management and fish meat.
